We use industrial wide-format printers capable of printing up to 57cm wide with unlimited length, giving you maximum flexibility. Unlike traditional gang sheets, there’s no fixed sizing and length, starting from half a metre, so you only pay for what you need.

Artwork Requirements

To ensure the best print quality, please follow these guidelines:

Files must be supplied as high-resolution PNG (minimum 300 DPI)

Ensure all lines are at least 4px (approx. 1mm) thick for proper adhesion

Backgrounds must be fully transparent (unless you want them printed)

Avoid fade-outs, gradients, or shadows, as these cannot be reproduced accurately with DTF

Maximum file size: 150MB

Gang sheets can be created up to 6 metres in length

Dispatch of your order will be within 2-4 business days, from artwork approval.
